Shipping:
We ship all orders within 5 to 10 working days. They are sent UPS 2nd day air or priority mail for orders in the United States. If you need faster delivery please contact us for next day air service or other arrangements, such as shipping directly to a friend or family member's home. For orders outside the United States we will us the most effective shipping method available. UPS requires a "street" address, they will not ship to a P.O. box. |

Return Policy:
All of our beautiful jewelry items come with a 100% money back guarantee (exclusive of shipping charges to you and back to us) as long as we are contacted within 5 days of you receiving your order and our jewelry is returned to us within 10 days of you receiving it. We also will allow you to return jewelry to us for the first 30 days of receiving it, but there will be a 20% restocking charge. To expedite your return, we ask that you note the following: The product must be in new, *unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials. Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by either calling 1.800.429.3619 or emailing us at returns@shefashions.com. The RA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied with an official RA number will not be accepted. If the product you're returning included a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund. A return may void a multiple purchase discount. All refunds will be credited the full purchase price, and will be made in the same manner as the original purchase.
